Brendan Cox and Gary Brook founded Waterfords estate agents in south east england in September 1995. Brendan started in estate agency in 1978 and Gary in 1984.

Together, They have over 50 years of experience in the uk property market and that is the strength that helps to make Waterfords so special. Waterfords first office was located in Camberley, Surrey. This was such a great success that Waterfords estate agents uk offices are now also located in Chobham, Yateley, Bagshot, Fleet and Sunningdale, now serving Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.

Lettings was initiated in 1998 after the successful buyout of the long established letting agency "Camlet". Finally, Gary Brook set up the New Homes and Land Department in December 1998.

We understand that moving house can be an enormous strain, however, we try our hardest to make it a pleasure. All of our negotiating staff are mature and have several years of experience in their field to interpret our clients needs correctly and make sure that our marketing strategy suits them perfectly. Bearing in mind that a stunning 75% of our business comes from recommendation and old clients. Waterfords must be doing something right!
